MUST Have Sabre Knowledge, Process Exchanges, Refunds, Voids. Complete Weekly ARC. Monitor MAX Via Database. Monitor The WIL. Research Debit Memos, And Customer Service Issues. Process CROC's. ROC's And Transfer Of Charges. Process Commission Checks. Build And Update Customer Profiles.

- Completes after call work, finalizing the traveler’s itinerary. Makes recommendations for improvement to processes, technical or otherwise to ensure maximum quality and efficiency. Flags issues for resolution to Team Leader or Lead Agent.
- Focused on self-development and training to enhance skills to ensure achievement of both personal and business goals.
- Develops a solid understanding of the corporate travel marketplace including competitor activity, and the key drivers for our customers. Have completed the customer cultural training for their customers if applicable, advises new recruits on customer specific processes
- Actively promotes the importance of our preferred supplier programmes & GSR. Can recite current preferred supplier programme and embargoed suppliers.

- Provide optimal business travel solutions to customers within Amex guidelines whilst generating cost effective savings on behalf of our customers
- Adhere fully to customers Travel Policy whilst still promoting Amex preferred suppliers when possible within these parameters.
- Have the ability to prioritize workloads and retain professional attitude to customers, approach complex situations with flexibility.
- Meet customers Telephone Service Factor service level agreement on a daily basis.
